The patient is considered as the most influential stakeholder by marketers in health care but legal and regulatory institutions directly come second in the list. As rules are not always that clear and patients’ empowerment is happening anyway, what are marketers doing today in order to address patients’ increasing needs and how can they do it in a compliant/impactful way while anticipating future regulation?
